While some of the raw food isnt digestible, all the foods should not be cooked. The reason is that when certain foods are cooked they loose their nutritional value. Often over-cooked food looses most of its nutrient value. Proper care should be taken in selecting each food, and it is always good to be informed about foods that should be consumed raw and those that shouldn't. This will definately have a lot of effect on our health in the long run.

Hair loss may be caused due to genetic reasons, hormonal imbalance, diseases or stress. I think most of these cases can be dealt with effectively if minimal care is taken right at the beginning of the hair loss problem.

Thanks for your well written article. Looking carefully at the ingredients in your shampoo is key to ensuring that you are not pumping your system full of chemicals and irritants. Remember that your skin and scalp are permeable and susceptable to the ravages of chemicals. Considering carefully the ingredients in your shampoo will assist you in making informed choices that can benefit your hair loss mitigation regime. There are an abundance of ingredients in truly natural shampoos that are follicular stimulants which can be of great benefit in tackling hair thinning and hair loss.

Thanks for giving an wonderful information for hair losers including me, I have been using well branded product called ‘Hair Genesis’ . It’s really different. I could feel that my hair started growing naturally. And utilizing the laser technology there is a handy product available in the market in the name of ‘Hair Max Laser Comb’; the user’s feedback on the product is much interesting and seems reliable.
